Alan Parry – Hebrews 3:1-6
Jesus is our Apostle as He was sent to us by God.
Jesus is better than Moses, what Moses did was earthly and temporal, what Jesus did was perfect and eternal.
We are Jesus’ people, His household, built as a church in Him.
We should be faithful to the one who made us and imitate Him, Jesus our Apostle, High Priest and King!
Let us follow, obey, serve and look to Him and we will have a victorious life.
Alan Parry – Hebrews 2:9-18, Matthew 6:9, Matthew 28:9-10, Matthew 12:46
Jesus was made a little lower than the angels when He became man.
Jesus is both God and man, a perfect man, He was made perfect through suffering and learnt obedience by suffering. Luke 22:44
The first man Adam was disobedient but the last man Jesus was obedient and perfect.
Jesus in obedience became totally human to save us, to die in our place, to destroy bondage by rising again and defeat the devil!
Alan Parry – Hebrews 2:1-4
Salvation is great! Ephesians 2:4, 2 Peter 1:4, 2 Corinthians 1:10, Revelation 6:11
There is no hope other than in Jesus Christ. Matthew 4:7, Acts 3:19
Do not neglect so great salvation! Hebrews 2:3
