Faith Baptist Church at 18: Our Living Testament to God’s Grace

As a member of Faith Baptist Church in Fawkner, Melbourne, I am filled with joy and gratitude as we celebrate 18 years of God’s faithfulness and grace. Our church family is a warm and welcoming place where everyone feels at home, whether they are lifelong believers or those just beginning to explore faith. While our atmosphere is laid back, our worship is reverent and focused on the Lord Jesus Christ.

Rooted in Scripture

At the heart of our church is a deep reverence for the King James Version of the Bible. Our pastor, Frank Guglielmo, delivers challenging Sunday messages straight from the Word of God, and we are all encouraged to bring our Bibles and study them both privately and with our families. We offer Children’s Church for young people up to 10 years old, with age-appropriate lessons and activities. We also have monthly Bible studies for adults, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to grow in their faith and knowledge of Scripture.

A Heart for Ministry

Faith Baptist Church is actively involved in both local and global missions. We support several missionaries in foreign countries and participate in various local ministries, including an annual Aged Care Carols event where we bring the joy of Christmas to the elderly. We also have a dedicated Leadership Group that seeks to equip and empower members to serve within the church and community.

Fellowship and Fun

We believe that fellowship is an important part of the Christian life. We offer various events throughout the year to foster connection and community, including Teens Camp, Young Adults Camp, Junior Camp, a Young Adult Fellowship group, men’s and ladies’ Bible studies, New Year’s Eve Fellowship, Church Anniversary celebrations, a Church Conference, Men’s Breakfasts, and Ladies’ Afternoon Teas. These events provide opportunities for fun, fellowship, and spiritual growth.

Our Leadership

Our pastor, Frank Guglielmo, and his wife, Miria, are dedicated to leading our church in following the Lord’s will. They are passionate about helping us grow in our relationship with Christ and are always available to answer any questions we may have about the Bible, faith, and the church.
