Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and forever – Hebrews 13:8

Have you ever wondered what the Bible actually teaches but felt unsure where to begin—or perhaps found religion a little off-putting? You are warmly invited to join us for a relaxed and friendly Bible study. Whether you have never opened a Bible before, know only a little about it, or have read it for years and would like to examine its message more deeply for yourself, you will be very welcome.

Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!

Over a hot cup of coffee and some biscuits, we will open this extraordinary book together, ask honest questions and explore its message in a clear and down-to-earth way. No previous knowledge is required, and no one will be put on the spot. Simply come prepared to listen, think, discuss and discover. For those already familiar with the Bible, this will also be an opportunity to look beyond the familiar, consider each passage carefully and gain a deeper understanding of how its truths fit together.

Written across three continents by around forty different human authors over approximately 1,500 years, the Bible contains sixty-six individual books—yet together they reveal one remarkable and unified story. As we explore its pages, we will uncover the common threads woven throughout: our origins and purpose, the struggle between good and evil, the need for forgiveness, the promise of hope and redemption, and the person of Jesus Christ.
The Bible has influenced nations, shaped history and transformed countless lives. Whether you are curious, uncertain, sceptical, searching for answers or simply eager to dig deeper, we would love you to join us and discover for yourself why this ancient book remains so powerful, meaningful and relevant today.

We meet each Sunday evening (except for the last Sunday of each month) at the Penrose Promenade Community Centre,
83 Penrose Promenade, Tarneit at 5.15pm to 6.45pm.
